TERMS OF STAY 

  • BUNGALOW

  • Check-in: 17:00 h
  • Check-out: 12:00 h
  • Late check-out: Departing time at 18 h with an additional cost. To be hired by your departure and only in low season.
  • Equipment: For detailed information about the equipment, click HERE. It is not allowed to place the bungalow furniture outside the bungalow.
  • Sheets and towels: Both are provided in all types of accomodations. Kitchen towels and table linen not included.
  • Change of towels 5th day from arrival.
  • Change of towels and bed linen 9th day from arrival.
  • Baby beds and high chairs: Free of charge and subject to availability. To be requested by the booking. Baby beds must be placed in the living-room.
  • Guarantee deposit: In case of lack of cleanliness or leaving the bungalow in a condition different from the original, a charge of maximum 50€ will be applied. In case of damage, the corresponding charge will be applied to repair the damage.
  • Pets: Only allowed in the Pet Friendly bungalows.
  • One parking place included per bungalow: Second vehicles have to pay an extra parking place at reception. 
  • Notify at reception: If something does not meet your expectations when entering the accomodation, it must be inmediately notified to the reception so that correct the situation as soon as possible with the aim of correcting the situation as soon as possible.
  • Complementary tents: It is not permitted to pitch tents, trailers or park motorbikes outside the bungalow.
  • Maximal occupancy: No more people (including children) are allowed than the maximum capacity of each type of accommodation. Visits are not allowed when they exceed the maximum capacity of the contracted bungalow.
  • How to leave the accomodation by departure:
  • 1- Furniture (Beds, tables, etc.) in their place of origin.
  • 2- Kitchenware washed and in optimal conditions.
  • 3- Fridge and dustbin empty.
  • 4- Counter, kitchen cabinets and cupboards free of any objects.
  • 5- Used sheets and blankets, leave them in the same place where they were.
  • Accomodation change: If the client decides to change accommodation during their stay for personal reasons, an additional cost will be applied over and above the rate of the accommodation they are changing to. This supplement will be used to cover management and cleaning costs.
  • PITCH

  • Check-in: 13:00 h
  • Check-out: 12:00 h
  • Price includes: Pitch + 2 adults + motorhome, caravan or tent + 1 vehicle or motorcycle + electricity + water. Any other concept will be considered as an extra and it will have to be paid according to the current tarifs. The vehicle must be parked in the pitch.
  • Maximum capacity per pitch: No more people (including children) are allowed than the maximum capacity which is 6 people.
  • Late check-out: Departing time at 18 h with an addtional cost. To be hired by your departure and only in low season.
  • Private bathroom: For your convenience, you can rent a private bathroom with douche, washbasin and WC from 11€ / night. Subject to availability.
  • OTHERS

  • Restant payment: You will be asked to settle up the restant amount either maximum 1 day before arrival by the online check in. Cheques are not accepted as a method of payment.
  • Cash payment: 
  • National: Payments of more than €1.000 in cash will not be accepted from customers with tax domicile in Spanish territory. This also applies the remaining payment of a stay, where the amount is greater than €1000, and in which case it must be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
  • International: Clients with tax domicile outside Spanish territory may pay up to a maximum of €10.000 in cash.
    • Check in online: At the time of booking, your credit card details will be registered under a unique identification code (token) that will replace the sensitive information and will be stored in a digital file owned by Tamarit Beach Resort.
      Tamarit Beach Resort will keep this code, in place of the deposit payment, as a guarantee of payment of the corresponding financial compensation for any possible damages caused by inappropriate behaviour, damage or damage to the facilities and accommodation, or their return in poor condition, as well as to respond to the possible rental of items subject to a fee. The charges made by Tamarit Beach Resort for this concept will in no case exceed 100 euros.
    • Early departure: An early departure does not give the right to a refund or compensation.
    • Prices: The final price of the accommodation, upon contracting your reservation, is based on the information provided by the customer. Any modification made by the customer, from dates to any other element subject to charges, may entitle a modification in the final price. Modifications that imply a lower price than that initially contracted will not be accepted. Prices include 10% VAT and tourist tax (depending on the number of adults indicated). Please note that the amount of the tax may vary depending on the number of adults staying overnight during the stay. The tourist tax corresponds to €0.66 per night and per person from 17 years of age, for a maximum of 7 nights.
    • Down-payment season 2024:  In order for the booking to be confirmed, the client must pay 35% of the total amount of the booking. If the booking is made during the 5 days prior to arrival, the client must pay the full amount at the time of booking.
    • Down-payment season 2025: For bookings made until 01/11/2024, 25% of the total amount of the reservation. After this date, the deposit will be 35% of the total amount of the reservation.
    • Change of accommodation: The resort reserves its right to modify the assigned accommodation in those unforeseen situations, maintenance tasks or organisational
    • In case of delay: In case of delay on the expected date, the booking will be kept until midday of the following day. The resort reserves its right to book the pitch / accommodation again.
    • Visits:  They are not permitted. Only overnight stays of accompanying persons when the visitors and the guests already in the resort do not surpasse the maximal capacity of the accomodation permitted.
    • Lost and found objects: Objects owned by the customer that have been found will be kept in storage up to 15 days.  Upon expiry of this period, they will be considered out of its custody.
    • Services and facilities opening: The Management reserves the right to modify the opening times of the services during the season, as well as to close the facilities without prior notice.
    • Booking modification: Do you need to amend the dates of your stay? With no costs and subject to availability, we will help you to find the ideal dates to enjoy from Tamarit. Modifications received 10 or less days before arrival will not be accepted. The request will be evaluated by the reservation centre and acceptance is not guaranteed. Non-acceptance of the modification will be duly explained in each case. This section includes the extension of the duration of the stay, the change of type of accommodation and the change of number or type and/or number of occupants. If the guest changes the dates, the fare applied will be the one in force at the time of the change. Modifications that imply a lower price than that initially contracted will not be accepted.
    • General cancel conditions: Any cancel request must be notified by email: resort@tamarit.com.
    • - Return of 95% of the down payment when cancelling at least 30 days prior to arrival
    • - Return of 50% of the down payment when cancelling between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival
    • - Lost of 100% of the down payment when cancelling less than 15 days prior to arrival.
    • - In case of later arrival or earlier departure no discount or refund is applicable. If the guest cancels any activitiy or additional service included in his online booking during his stay at the campsite, it will not give him the right to neither a refund nor price reduction.
    • - Tamarit will manage the refund order under the same system used for payment. The application period will be up to 10 working days after the client receives the cancellation confirmation from the reservations department.
    • Withdrawal or cancellation of booking:  As established in the Llei de Turisme de Catalunya, arts. 31 y 39bis and in the Decret de Turisme de la Generalitat de Catalunya, art. 211-5, the establishment may withdraw or cancel the accommodation contract signed with the client, either for reasons arising at the time of booking, before the start of the stay or during the stay, in application of the right of admission. In this case, this shall be communicated in writing and shall identify the objective reasons why the petitioner(s) cannot be admitted. Among others, without limitation, the following shall be taken into account: 
    • - Failure to respect or comply with the internal rules of the establishment. 
    • - Those who disturb the peace and do not comply with the elementary rules of social coexistence and of education and respect for other customers or the establishment's own employees. 
    • - Those who are in debt to the establishment for services rendered previously. 
    • In the case that the cancellation of the reservation is made prior to the enjoyment of the stay, the amounts paid by the client will be refunded in full. When the stay has begun, at the request of the establishment, the client will voluntarily or forcibly vacate the accommodation and will be reimbursed for the full amount of the days pending enjoyment.
    • For the before mentioned purposes, the condition of client shall be held by any of the members under the same reservation and accommodation.
    • General conditions acceptation: Customers, when making the reservation, should read these general terms and conditions, being the down payment a confirmation of its agreement and acceptance and of the internal rules of Tamarit Beach Resort. A new confirmation document will always be generated (new reservation, modification, amendment, etc) which will include all the details of the reservation that will replace (if there is) a previous document. It is the customers’ responsibility to verify the information and, if there is a mistake, to immediately inform the resort via the booking department. Likewise, in the event the customer does not receive a new confirmation, we ask you to contact us within a maximum of 5 days of the date you requested it.
    • Identification wristband: It is mandatory to always wear the identification wristband inside the facilities to guarantee access control. Identification may be requested during the stay.
    • Promotions and Offers: Please consult the specific conditions of each offer with the establishment.
    • Personal objects: The resort is not responsible for theft of customer’s personal belongings while their stay. For this reason, there are safes available for customer’s use free of charge.
    • Electric vehicles: The resort has 4 charging points for electric vehicles and there is a charge for these. Charging in the accomodations is not allowed.
    • Pets admission: If a guest books an accomodation where pets are not accepted, the right of admission will be applied.
    • Free Wifi access: The client will receive the access data to the portal at reception on arrival and must take into account the following conditions for its use:
    • - The bandwidth and coverage of this free wifi is limited, so the speed of access and reliability of the service may vary or even be impossible to access the Internet depending on numerous factors outside the establishment.  Given that Wi-Fi access is provided through a shared network infrastructure, access to the Internet is not guaranteed at all times, nor is it continuous, secure or free of faults, slow or unstable. Therefore, free Wi-Fi is not suitable for professional use.
    • - The access data that the reservation holder will receive will also be used so that all accompanying persons included in the reservation can have access to the free wifi.
    • The circulation of any personal mobility vehicle in any of its modalities is prohibited: Two-wheeled electric scooter, electric unicycle, Segway, Hoverboard, electric skateboard, and any other that may fall under the aforementioned definition, with the exception of vehicles for people with reduced mobility, inside the campsite facilities. Failure to comply with this measure may result in the expulsion of the user from the campsite facilities.
    • Transfer service: Tamarit has its own vehicle that offers this service to our clients.
      - Payment in advance at the time of booking.
      - Reservation 48 hours in advance for a journey of less than 50 kms and a minimum of 7 days for a journey of more than 50 kms.
      - Cancellation of the service: With a minimum of 24 hours before the journey, 95% of the total amount will be refunded. Less than 24 hours before the journey, loss of the amount paid.
      - In case of waits caused by the customer's will or due to plane delay, the cost of the waiting time will be invoiced in fractions of 30 minutes. The amount corresponding to each fraction is 25€.
