TERMS OF STAY

      • BUNGALOW

      • Check-in: 17:00h.
      • Check-out: 12:00h.
      • Late check-out: Departure at 18:00h with an additional cost. Available upon departure depending on availability and only in the low season.
      • Accommodation Equipment: Detailed information about the bungalow's equipment can be obtained by clicking HERE. It is not allowed to place the bungalow's furniture outside.
      • Sheets and towels included in all accommodations. Kitchen towels and tablecloths not included.
      • Towel change on the 5th day from arrival.
      • Sheets and towel change on the 9th day from arrival.
      • Cot and high chair are optional and free of charge and must be requested when making the reservation. The cot will be placed in the living-dining room of the bungalow.
      • Security deposit: In case of lack of cleanliness or leaving the bungalow in conditions different from the original, a charge of up to €50 will apply. In case of damage, the corresponding charge for the repair will apply.
      • Pets: Only allowed in bungalows with pets permitted.
      • One parking space included per bungalow: If an additional space is needed, it can be reserved by paying the fee at reception.
      • Notify at reception: If upon entering the accommodation there is something you do not like, you must notify it to correct the situation as soon as possible.
      • Additional tents: The installation of tents, trailers, or parking of motorcycles outside the bungalow is not allowed.
      • Occupancy: A higher number of people (including children) than the maximum capacity of each type of accommodation is not allowed. No visitors are allowed if they exceed the maximum capacity of the bungalow rented.
      • Accommodation upon departure:
      • 1- Furniture (beds, tables, etc.) must be in their original place.
      • 2- Kitchenware in optimal conditions and clean.
      • 3- Refrigerator and trash bin empty.
      • 4- Countertops, cabinets, and drawers free of any objects.
      • 5- Used sheets and blankets, leave them in the same place where they were.
      • Bungalow change: If the client decides to change accommodation for personal reasons during their stay, an additional cost will apply beyond the tariff of the accommodation to which they change. This supplement will cover management and cleaning costs.
      • PITCH

      • Check-in: 13:00h.

      • Late check-out: Departure at 18:00h with an additional cost. Available upon departure depending on availability and only in the low season.
      • Price includes: Plot + 2 adults + caravan, motorhome, or tent + 1 vehicle or motorcycle + electricity + water. Any other concept will be considered as an extra and must be paid according to the current rates. The vehicle must be parked inside the plot.
      • Maximum capacity per plot: No more people (including children) than the indicated maximum capacity of 6 people are allowed.
      • Private bathroom: For more comfort during your stay, you can rent a private bathroom with shower, sink, and WC from €11 / night. Subject to availability.
      • GENERAL CONDITIONS

      • 1- Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions
        The person making the reservation undertakes to read these general terms and conditions. The payment of the deposit is considered as acceptance of these terms, as well as the internal regulations of Tamarit Beach Resort.
      • 2- General Rules to Follow
        During your stay, the accommodation assigned to you and your companions will be considered your "regular home." Therefore, they must comply with the same rights and obligations as any household in the municipality of Tarragona. It is essential to know and comply with the regulations issued by the public authorities applicable to your case as residents.

PAYMENTS

        • 1- Remaining Payment: Must be made no later than 1 day before arrival via online check-in.
        • Payments by cheque or vacation vouchers are not accepted.
        • 2- Cash Payments:
          • National Clients: Cash payments over €1,000 are not accepted for clients with a tax residence in Spain. If the amount exceeds this limit, it must be paid by card or bank transfer.
          • International Clients: Cash payments are allowed up to a maximum of €10,000.

ONLINE CHECK-IN

      • It is mandatory and can be done up to 1 day before arrival. When doing so, the bank card details are registered under a unique code (token), stored by Tamarit Beach Resort.
      • This token acts as a guarantee against damages, improper behavior, or additional services, with a maximum limit of €100.

STAY POLICIES

    • 1- Early Departure: No refunds or compensation will be provided for unused days.
    • 2- Prices:
    • Include 10% VAT and the tourist tax (€0.66/night per person over 17 years old, up to 7 nights).
    • Modifications to dates or other concepts may adjust the final price. Modifications reducing the originally contracted price will not be accepted.
    • 3- Advance Payment: Corresponds to 35% of the total reservation amount.
    • 4- Reservation Modification:
    • Modification requests must be made via email to resort@tamarit.com
      These will be evaluated by the central reservations office, and acceptance is not guaranteed. If not accepted, the decision will be duly explained.
    • - Permitted Modifications:
    • Extension of stay
    • Change of accommodation type
    • Change in the type or number of occupants
    • - Specific Conditions:
    • For date modifications, the rate in effect at the time of the request will apply.
    • Modifications resulting in a lower price than the initially contracted price will not be accepted.
    • Modifications will not incur additional charges for the customer.
    • For bookings made from January 15, 2025, if the modification results in a reduction in the value of the originally contracted stay, a fee of €30 will be applied for modification expenses.
    • Modifications made within 10 days of the arrival date will not be accepted.
    • 5- Reservation Data Verification
      In case of a new reservation, modification, or change of holder, a new confirmation document will be issued, replacing the previous one. It is the responsibility of the person making the reservation to verify the information and immediately notify any errors to the reservations department. If no modification confirmation is received within 5 days, please contact the resort.
    • 6- Cancellation Conditions

      Return Policy:

          • - Cancellations more than 30 days before the arrival date: 95% refund of the amount paid.
          • - Cancellations between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date: 50% refund of the amount paid.
          • - Cancellations less than 15 days before the arrival date: 100% loss of the amount paid.
          • - Delays on the arrival day or early departures will not entitle to price reductions or refunds.
          • - Cancellation or non-use of activities or additional services contracted with the reservation will not result in refunds.
          • - Refunds will be processed through the same payment method initially used. The processing period will be up to 10 business days after cancellation confirmation by the reservations department.
          • 7- Withdrawal or Cancellation by the Establishment
          • In accordance with the Tourism Law of Catalonia (arts. 31 and 39bis) and the Tourism Decree of the Generalitat of Catalonia (art. 211-5), the establishment may withdraw or cancel the reservation, either before or during the stay, exercising its right of admission.
          • Objective Causes for Cancellation:
          • 1- Disrespect or violation of the establishment's internal rules.
          • 2- Disruption of peace or failure to adhere to basic norms of coexistence, education, or respect towards other customers or employees.
          • 3- Outstanding debts with the establishment for services rendered previously.
          • Procedure and Conditions:
          • If cancellation occurs before the start of the stay, a full refund of the amounts paid will be processed.
          • If the stay has already begun, the client must vacate the accommodation, either voluntarily or forcefully, and a refund will be issued for the full unused days of the stay.
          • The client condition applies to all members included in a single reservation and accommodation.

      OTHER CONDITIONS

              • 1- Accommodation Change: Tamarit reserves the right to change accommodation and offer an equivalent one if necessary due to force majeure, maintenance tasks, or organizational reasons.
              • 2- Wristband / Identification Card
                It is mandatory to wear the wristband or identification card at all times within the premises to ensure access control and the use of the facilities. This identification will be required throughout your stay.
              • 3- Promotions and Offers
                Please check the specific conditions of each offer directly with the establishment.
              • 4- Personal Items
                The Management is not responsible for the loss of personal items during your stay. Safe deposit boxes are available to guests at no additional cost.
              • 5- Pet Admission
                If a guest reserves accommodation where pets are not allowed, the corresponding admission policy will apply.
              • 6- Circulation of Personal Mobility Vehicles
                The circulation of personal mobility vehicles (electric scooters, unicycles, hoverboards, electric skateboards, etc.) within the camping facilities is prohibited, except for vehicles for people with reduced mobility. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the expulsion of the user.

      SERVICES

              • 1- Electric Vehicles
                The resort has 4 charging points for electric vehicles, which are paid services. Charging in the accommodation is not allowed.
              • 2- Free Wifi Access
                Upon arrival, the guest will receive the access details for the free Wifi portal. The service conditions are as follows:
              • The bandwidth and coverage of the free Wifi are limited, so the access speed and reliability may vary. Continuous, secure, or failure-free access is not guaranteed.
              • The Wifi access is suitable for personal use and is not recommended for professional use.
              • The access details provided to the reservation holder will also allow all accompanying persons included in the reservation to access the free Wifi.
              • 3- Transfer Service
                Tamarit Beach Resort offers a transfer service under the following conditions:
              • Advance payment when booking the service.
              • Reservation of at least 48 hours for routes under 50 km and a minimum of 7 days for routes over 50 km.
              • Cancellation: If made at least 24 hours in advance, 95% of the total amount will be refunded. If cancelled with less than 24 hours, the amount paid will not be refunded.
              • In case of waiting times due to the guest's request or flight delays, the waiting time will be charged in 30-minute increments at a price of 25 € per increment.

      GENERAL REGULATIONS
