Tamarit Beach Resort at the forefront of professional training

Tamarit Beach Resort has been a beneficiary of the "CONFORCAT A MIDA" continuous training program, thanks to its elaborate training offering tailored to professionals in the tourism sector.

The training proposal from Tamarit Beach Resort has been recognized in second place among more than 350 beneficiary applications.

The resort has developed three training lines tailored to its needs, with the aim of retaining talent, improving competitiveness, and making the tourism sector attractive in the professional field.

Tamarit Beach Resort has been positively evaluated for its training approach directed at professionals in the tourism sector, securing the innovative support line from CONFORCAT A MIDA. This grant program, designed by the Consortium for Continuous Training in Catalonia (CFCC), allows addressing the company's training needs directly. The resort has been acknowledged in second place among more than 350 beneficiary applications for its elaborate training proposal aimed at professionals in the tourism sector.

The resort's commitment is based on a dual training offer, targeting its staff on one hand and unemployed individuals on the other, aiming to provide them with the opportunity to train and join the company. In this regard, the Human Resources department, in collaboration with the specialized training center VAM Formación, has designed three training lines according to the company's needs. These are directed towards the staff in the dining and kitchen areas to serve the resort's four thematic restaurants - Brisa, La Dolce Vita, La Terraza de Pepa, and La Mar de Copas - as well as the housekeeping department.

Specifically, these three training programs have a duration of 30 hours and are conducted in person. It is expected that through these courses, starting in December 2023, Tamarit Beach Resort will reach 100 individuals. In total, the company has been recognized with a grant of €34,400 in direct assistance to develop this training program, positioning itself as a reference in this initiative in the region.
