Legal Terms and Conditions of the 'Reeloween' Contest:
Contest Organizer:
The 'Reeloween' contest is organized by Tamarit Beach Resort (hereinafter referred to as 'the Organizer'), with its registered address at PLATJA DE TAMARIT CTRA N 340 43003 TARRAGONA and tax identification number A08132029.
Participants:
The contest is open to all individuals aged 18 or older, regardless of their nationality or place of residence, who are or have been customers of Tamarit Beach Resort and meet the requirements established in these legal terms and conditions.
Contest Mechanics:
To participate, customers of Tamarit Beach Resort must create a reel on Instagram, sharing the highlights of their Halloween at the resort. The Instagram profile must be set to 'public' to allow the Organizer to access the reel. Additionally, participants must tag the official account of Tamarit Beach Resort (@tamaritbeachresort) with the hashtag #reeloweenTBR. The video must be original, creative, and of high quality.
Each user can participate as many times as they wish.
Prize:
The prize consists of 2 nights of accommodation in a bungalow or campsite at Tamarit Beach Resort during the year 2023, subject to availability. The prize must be used by December 10, 2023.
Selection of Finalists and Voting:
The Organizer will select 3 finalists from among all the received reels. The selection of the 3 finalists will be made internally, taking into consideration the originality, creativity, and quality of the content. The 3 finalists will be announced through Tamarit Beach Resort's Instagram stories, where followers can vote for their favorite reel through a poll.
Contest Duration:
The contest begins on 10/20/23 and ends on 11/05/23. Reels received after the end date will not be considered for participation.
Announcement of the Winner:
Once the voting period ends (limited to the 24 hours during which the poll on the story is available), the reel with the highest number of votes will be the winner. The winner's name will be announced through Tamarit Beach Resort's Instagram stories, and they will be notified via a direct message on Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 15 days from the notification, the prize will be awarded to the second reel with the highest number of votes.
Use of Reels:
By participating in the contest, participants grant the Organizer the right to use and publish the reels on their communication channels, including social media, the website, and promotional materials, without generating any additional compensation for the participants.
Protection of Personal Data:
Participants guarantee the accuracy of the provided personal data and accept that the Organizer may use them for contest management and prize delivery. Participants can exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by submitting a written request to the Organizer.
Acceptance of the Legal Terms and Conditions:
Participation in the contest implies the full acceptance of these legal terms and conditions. Any violation of the terms by participants will result in disqualification.
Modifications and Cancellation:
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time if there are justified reasons. In the event of cancellation, the Organizer will not be held liable to the participants.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:
These legal terms and conditions shall be governed by the current legislation.
